Standard Design Services

Our Mechanical Design services will provide you with the most up-to-date Autodesk Revit Model Elements embedded in our Revit standard  project template file included  all typical  views,  schedules and sheets. 

 

We  will  create  an MEP 3D Model based  on the  Architectural  model,  Drawings, or  other files.The Revit  MEP 3D Model will  be created using  the latest NBS (National BIM standards) guidelines, unless  otherwise  specified. The following layouts will be created:

 

  • Floor Plans layout

  • Demolition plans layout (if required )

  • Riser Diagram layouts

  • Building Sections layout

  • Sections and details  

  • Schedules

 

 

Custom  Design Services

The customized  Mechanical, Electrical  or Plumbing Design services  will provide you with all the options included in the standard services package, and in addition, you will have the possibility to customize the project delivery documentation, file structure and presentation, utilized 4 or 5D scheduling.  

 

Our Custom  Service  is  geared  towards  your drafting  needs  and requirements.

 

We will utilize your company established design standards  to  create  construction  documents needed  to  meet  your  project  goal.  We  offer the  following options for submission:

• Cloud sharing

• Data uploading

 

Additional Design Services

We will revamp your Company BIM standards.

For example: you may have already have a standardized design system, title block, fonts and document retrieval methodology. Simply provide BIM Group with your standards and we will create a project file suited for your company needs. Project file will include the followings:

 

  • Font style

  • Dimensions Style

  • Title blocks Border

  • Cover Sheet with drawing list

  • Sheet list organized by Discipline

  • Sheet numbering system and title

  • Your Standard Details

  • Your Standard structural notes

  • All needed Schedules
